As I write this I can't believe it's been a little over a year since my last post. I definitely get an F in blogging... but that's ok with me. So much has happened since last summer - moving into a new home, adopting a third puppy, travel, and lots of exciting projects and business adventures. It's been busy and at times challenging, but I've had the joy of  achieving some big goals and seeing some of my creative dreams come true. 

Now that I feel like I've got (some of) my stuff together, I'll be updating the website with projects that I've completed this past year. I've also added 3 new photo albums to the Landscape Gallery: California Spanish, Contemporary Hacienda, and Classic Cape Cod. 

I thought it would be neat to post a few before and after pics of a backyard project we finished last week. The homeowner wanted something low maintenance, clean, and simple but that reflected a little bit of a cottage garden inspiration.

You can't tell because they're not blooming yet, but there is a bunch of lavender & carpet rose that we planted as a border. I can't wait to go back in the summer and see everything in all of its blooming glory...
